the idea of diversity of thought brings the the best work and if you don't know that you shouldn't be in advertising if you don't understand that you know a person from Japan and a person from you know Brazil put them together and you get this amazing work that's completely different to what you might expect if you'd have given it to two English graduates who are both from London and middle class yeah you know that said put the English person with a Japanese person and the Brazil you get even better work
