well that's it and what a year it's been for those of you that don't know me I'm James hilditch and I'm here to take you on a worldwind tour of our year at Bear Jam I can't wait hold on to your Christmas jumpers it's been a wild [Music] one first off let's talk milestones and magic moments this year we welcome Daniel Steph and John to the team and blimy did they deliver across production creative and animation another highlight was our collaborations over the year with MNC Sai working with Red Bull Racing and some of their Partners including scanning czecho [Music] brain another of my favorite moments from the year was hitting up South by Southwest with KT in Austin Texas what an experience so this year has been a kaleidoscope of work from webinars Tonight Frank to TV spots for UBS and of course social content Galore we've worked in every conceivable aspect ratio we've met all sorts of people along the way sporting Legends reality stars CEOs chefs accountants and even a few four-legged friends we filmed in cars Studios kitchens concert venues Labs homes a Vineyard and even built a studio from scratch in a client's office did I miss is that it did I miss anything quite land right have I missed anything podcast we launched our creative mind series the other thing that we tend to do is always over uh resource and some of the team chatted lgbtq experiences in queries Michael can you hear me this is not a business podcast musicals get it I love lgbtq M is for mus a real learning curve on all fronts right I think that just about covers some of the highlights a special shout out to LMP and Company of cooks we bagged awards for our work for you guys I want to see it glisten like gravy spilling from The Underpass into every direction so you're taste it only delivered by brilliant service so you've heard from some of the tea hope you've enjoyed it and Company of cooks we didn't stop there they trusted us on even more projects including more single take fun and an fvp drone master class right our clients what can I say we literally couldn't do it without you although I sometimes do wonder what it would be like if we could imagine your feedback during the production process can sometimes be hilarious what are they talking about um I won't call anybody out no naming and shaming but it's actually the post project feedback that we love the best one we've had this year is when we heard that a vaccine promo we produced performed so well that the client actually ran out of stock we're sold down now if that's not a success I don't know what is but none of this would actually be possible without the brilliant bear Jam Team guys not many of you in here but hats of te you for your dedication flexibility and braving all those early mornings late nights and everything in between you guys are the true Stars you put the jam in the bad Jam donut that's weird see I'm done there talking of the team 2023 was the year we all embraced AI we're using it to help with scripts treatments timelines and edits we use generative fi to create pixels outside of what was shot and help visualize off-the-wall Concepts I think it's fair to say that we've moved Beyond experimenting with AI and have fully integrated it into our workflows and we are planning to accelerate that even further next year so watch this space we will let you know how we get on and with any luck I'll probably be replaced by some AI Avatar soon if you wish in fact it might be closer than we think I'm AI James what do you think way better right so what else has 2024 got inore for us well big plans but you're going to have to stay tuned make sure you like And subscribe the Vlog and see what happens next year that's about it from us I just want to say thank you to everyone that's been part of our 2023 journey I want to wish you a happy Christmas and an even bigger and better 2024 C you're and you know CL your [Laughter] hands [Music] yeah
