hello everyone you've found us here at Red Bull Racing campus in Milton Keynes we are going to bring you the bear Jam Vlog for June watch this space I'm wing and as if by Magic I'm back in our studio as I said we've just got back from two Incredible Days shooting at the Red Bull Racing Factory we had the privilege of interviewing some amazing female Engineers who are helping to push boundaries on the track and break down barriers off the track in what is a very male dominated world the Project's still top secret we're only just starting the edit somewhere behind me but stay tuned for that inspiring stories once they're live I would definitely be sharing them with you up next up neck last month we showed you a little snippet of our shoot with ch and Coast Finance team the video was one of three we produced for a big internal event the company was running one of them was an animation the other was more of a client taste study and we also had that awesome Finance film as well I'm pleased to say they were all very well received and we had some lovely feedback from the client so what on team thank you hold that I'm going to read I'm going to read it just got my phone just put some like lift music on this in the edit works I find this two hours later hello I wanted to thank you all for your help support and delivery and magical creativity the films went down a storm yesterday and I have a feeling there'll be more to come always good to hear thank you for taking all those last minute changes in your stride and being so understanding it was hugely appreciated always lovely to get feedback makes me so proud of the team for pulling off some brilliant work against tight deadlines and shifting briefs which is always a challenge speaking of Pride I'm sure you're all well aware June was all about Pride here at Bear Jam we've been flying the flag in a number of different ways mainly getting our podcast on two of our own queer team members Lewin Alexa start in a brand new bear Jam podcast queries the pair are interviewed by Ally and producer Katie it's not just about like what you say but it's about like how you act and like code switching exactly yeah talk to me hold switching changing how you act and how you speak and in front of different kinds of people if I'm talking to random people that I haven't met before I will absolutely like lower my voice an octave and like I don't know yeah be a bit more masculine yeah um until I know that they're they're cool yeah I can't imagine a filtered version of the two of you yeah I might lose a lad I mean I just like doing the voice I mean I probably wouldn't actually go and talk like that they delve into all things lgbtq plus from Pride experiences to how workplaces can be more inclusive and they really unpack how others can be better allies well worth a watch super insightful and actually quite moving so please do keep an eye on our socials for its release coming soon and coincidentally we've just been shooting some content for our friends mischief and just eat to promote allyship and grass roots football here's a little bit behind the scenes [Music] have you heard about a new phenomenon called AI artificial intelligence well duh only joking you literally cannot go anywhere without someone talking about AI at the moment it's the next big thing Maybe not maybe it is we're all doomed foreign we wanted to do some real life tests to see how it could impact the work that we do in the production sector some findings so with the right prompts we find the chat GPT can actually really help with creative planning and I've been using it to do a few things for example helping to write interview questions we've also been testing out mid-journey to create bespoke images for mood boards and decks great if you're looking for something really specific and you can't find it in stock photography or with a Google search but the most interesting thing we've used so far is a platform called autopod which can really speed up the process of editing a multi-cam interview so if you've got multiple people and multiple camera angles this AI platform actually works out where to cut by simply working out who's speaking at any one point with our testing like the output it still needs a bit of a tweak from a human but it definitely speeds up the workflow and it's pretty impressive so I would recommend taking a look we're also testing some other more animation based AI platforms a bit more of a mixed bag here I also wanted to share one output just so you can have a look foreign [Music] well on that note that's a wrap for this month if you don't already please do follow us on our social media platforms where you can expect more expert content we will put all the labels and apps and tags here or in the caption that's it catch you all in the same place same time next month cut foreign [Music]
