Bear Jam Vlog - March 2020

March blog welcome to the March blog so that clip was of course the one and only Gary Lineker crashing a van into my car oops and what a better way to kick off the vlog so that was from a project that has recently gone live for a van insurance company called tikka we worked with Frank Kia we came up with for driving challenges for Gary to complete in a van and yet actually saw one of them went slightly wrong when Gary was attempting a reverse parallel park and went into the back of my car whose cars that that's right so what else is new at Bear Jam well the big news over here is that off the back of lockdown and social distancing and everyone working from home we have decided to host an online isolation Film Festival called hibernation Film Festival for this aims at promoting creativity and positivity which is a theme of the festival and we are open to entries from anyone and everyone we've got four categories and eight prizes to be won so if you'd like to enter it or know someone that would there are more details on our website which I will share here so we've already got some sponsors on board we've got the brilliant stubble & Co who have given us a bag we've got the fabulous Bramwell Brown and if you don't know brown well brown check out the clock behind me these guys make awesome weather forecasting clocks which is stunning we've also got some kit higher from our friends over at ship or and mindful chef have also grown enterprise as well we are obviously looking for a few more so if you know someone that can help please send them our way it would love to hear from them so things have been a little quiet here at Bear Jam unsurprisingly we did have a couple of shoots canceled and postponed but the team is still working mainly on post-production so we're looking at some edits and some animations but we're also looking at some creative ways to capture and deliver video content some interesting use of there's video platform zoom and also sending products out to the to shoot in their own homes so I also want to talk about a video we produced last year for Knight Frank I think it's particularly relevant as it was created entirely from repurposed footage and clips we didn't shoot anything new at all the list so we wrote the scripts and then their senior partner voiceover debt we actually went to his office and recorded it there then we true their YouTube channel archived stuff that we'd shot for them in the past to find all the supporting footage I'm proud of the fact that we provide a service that's locally expert and globally connected advising and transacting on some of the finest homes commercial properties and development across the globe so I wanted to show that a very a bit of an example really of the type of content that can be created in isolation as I said all we purpose footage we just scripted and recorded the voiceover so that's it for the much blog a pretty unforgettable month really a little bit quieter for us than normal but we've got a few things going on few things in the pipeline that I look forward to sharing but the most exciting thing is obviously our hibernation Film Festival if you are interested in that feel free to get in touch or keep an eye on all of our social channels because there's plenty of information going out there that's it from me stay safe and do more video pretty-pretty
